The party I was at was on halloweekend at an apartment complex. Not a frat. Socializing doesn't come natural/easy to me unless somebody talks to me first. But my main issue is since I'm the guy I know have to approach girls since they won't ever do it.

start mewing aka oral posture changes. teeth together lightly, lips together, tongue up on the roof of the mouth and only breathe in and out the nose. The reason your facial bones are recessed bc you likely are a mouthbreather during the day or during sleep.
