The kind of women I like (submissive) don't typically like being given oral. I have no problem with that as giving it does nothing for me.

She's saying she's only promiscuous with low value men. Run for the hills.

The practical difference is that testing T levels won't mean jack.

I don't think it is that simple. What if soy does not change your T levels but instead binds to T receptors, blocking T? Or any number of other biological processes in your body get interfered with? Nutritional science is in its infancy IMHO and I'm not sure anyone really knows the answer to your question in a comprehensive way. That said, I don't worry about a little soy intake but I definitely would not eat that stuff on a regular basis.

No, not bullshit. Went from 133 lbs to 174 in about 4 months. But, I was super skinny to start and not eating near enough. The gains were as much from eating as from lifting.

You can do it! Half the battle is the fact that a lot of women have not even made the connection in their mind that the kind of man they claim they want will never keep their panties wet. This was an epiphany to me 20 years ago, I just had to figure out how to navigate it. Some are more aware than others and IMHO the truth is women are looking for an alpha male that knows when some beta needs to be part of the mix. Not all women pursue the "dual mating strategy", all you have to do to prevent th…

Yes. 20 years ago my wife decided she wanted to run off with a coworker. It was hard, but at least there was no "reconciliation" talk, other than her saying she didn't know why she "couldn't just have an affair", it was a smooth sail to divorce from the time she admitted she wanted out. I cared about her but I was not in love with her any more due largely to not getting what I needed from the marriage. When I think about spending my 30s with a comatose-bedroom wife, I cringe. I had lots to think…

I agree with you 100%. TRP has some invaluable insights into the workings of women and into how we've all been lied to about them. But it goes way too far, basically claiming a good/happy/fulfilling marriage is impossible (it isn't), that all women will cheat at the drop of a hat (they won't) and that all women are the same (they aren't). I think the part of it that really gets me are these long drawn-out screeds full of specific/generalities that are often in conflict with other sanctioned post…

Take it from a much older man. There is something to be said for the saying "life begins at 40", especially if you are male. I wish it hadn't taken me so long to figure things out but better late than never. You sound maybe a bit depressed. Take this advice from an older man also, don't waste your youth, it is fleeting.

Believe me when I tell you that almost every man here has experienced that. In my case with a 11 year marriage that I was blindsided when it ended suddenly. This is AWALT at its core. Don't expect it to ever be different.

You remind me of me. I was exactly 42, newly single, just skinny at 6'1" 135 lbs. I had always been skinny. I hated my body but I thought there was nothing I could do about it. A comment from a close family member made me decide to try. I started researching on the web. I figured out pretty quickly that my main problem was that I did not eat enough. All the running and biking I was doing wasn't helping either. I hit the the gym and ate like a pig and with 3 months I weighed 175 and looked comple…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
