Well sure but my puppy does love me like a mom she tries to groom my hair and help me with everything even if she really can't. But she is helping me with frame I know that a good dog owner can't be a complete loser and we work out so much that I don't view other men as physically threatening or feel embarrassed to flex a bit in front of women. It's still not even enough but having some 9 and 10 looking females let me get to know them is better than I was doing. I don't know if I will be able to…

I don't believe that men historically possessed brute strength. It takes most people driving a car to save energy eating a high calorie diet and either manual labor or powerlifting to achieve that. Now, men would have had even more strength endurance back then yes which would assist survival, but it's more like we have just enough strength size and upper body development to dominate women.

If you lift but haven't gotten big yet it's a big difference. I'll use myself right now as an example of what happens. I'm 6 4 175 since I have a drinking problem and burn 1000 calories a day on my bike. I'll need to put down the bottle to digest enough healthy food to eat a surplus. But even 175 gets more looks than 170 did. And 190? I was like a football player because around here 190 isn't a guy who lifts usually he's 190 at 5 10 and round. Once you're larger and obviously stronger than 95 pe…

Well sure this is a different topic though. In terms of social dominance you can predict modern women will attempt to subvert your advantages. But social proof means jack shit in terms of who is actually correct so, sure get the women too agree with you but, don't let that get to your head. They could be confirming your bias and encouraging your mistakes.

The thing that seems obviously correct is not always correct. In fact, in the movie the matrix where the red pill reference comes from, the matrix seems obviously correct but is a simulation. Now is an adult a more objective and more likely to be correct party than a child? Yes. Is a man more objective and likely to be correct than a lady? It actually is highly variable. Depending on the topic men may be more or less informed on average. Yes you still want to have frame and confidence, but I'm s…

It helped me to learn that accepting shame could make me a worse person. It's the danger of people prophesising when it's everyone it's social labeling. I used to watch the world's strongest man and heavy weight boxing when I drank heavy beer I saw myself as being like a sumo wrestler in taking extreme calories. Women in my family would judge me for it, even though they all drank themselves again jealousy kicked in if I could drink more. But by not letting myself be shamed I can drink less often…

It worked on me for a while as I had a female dominated family for the most part. So I believed validation matters that getting laid was something you should seek. Not something that will happen along the way as you socialize and gain status economically. So of course if you're trying to romance women and they're turning you down it hurts. If you're seeing it more of as you're the one offering your highly valued time then it's no big deal if you don't date for a while. Obviously a nerd like bill…

Cut down on the stimulants. They got you to where you are but dependency is that 20 percent lack of energy. Try walking slowly for long distances, when you walk there is an oxygen surplus. This combined with anything else you can do like napping easy reading or meditation that allows you to gain energy rather than lose it will reduce your need for stimulants. Currently cooking and cleaning seem to be your only restorative activity.

I'm not sure you understand how fighting works. The best fighter is often the guy with a crooked nose mangled up cauliflower ears from getting slammed around and losing rounds or entire fights. I've gotten good at boxing ( not for a boxer but 3 times better than your average person) and it's been a liability almost like carrying a weapon I've realized now I can no longer afford to get into fights. Because now I have to worry about actually hurting them any educated person knows knocking someone …

It wasn't realistic but it was funny and as a teen I thought it was badass. Because that wouldn't work on a monster but on pretty much anyone else. Later on I watch an interview and find out Pitt and Norton consider it a dark comedy. That part was but I'd call it a style film more than anything.

its a nice idea to save all the fat from meat and respect the circle of life. modern factory farming does not respect the circle of life. unless youre paying for high quality meat or are under weight, saving the fat from grilled meat is probably not healthier for you. im all for saving food but, chewing that food well and enjoying it slowly so your body can digest all that you consume is higher priority. with that said id pour that fat on too, but for increased enjoyment of the food not because …

there are so many different lifts here, it would actually improve coordination greatly to learn to do these with good form. improved motor coordination is a known effect of weight training, and this could do that. the problem is you'd have to start so low and build so gradually, unless your goal in the worlds strongest man competition, or some other life goal like a wrestling gold medal, bodybuilding title, this isn't a lifting program for an insecure vain loser. i think its a great routine for a wrestler. or for someone who is already a powerful lifter and needs more stamina for their health and recovery. but your average person doing this? 15 seconds of rest isnt going to be enough to lift anything but the smallest weights and its going crush ego alright, because theyll be training for endurance only, which is again fine if thats what you need, but not most people's goal. in fact if you just want endurance get a mountain bike, this is not a program for…

On knights and rooks, The knight is useful to see as less value because it is useful early. You may as well risk taking it out, while it can jump over peices and do as needed. The Rook can be seen as having an escilated value late in the game, and is generally worth saving for this reason, two rooks lined up are like a cannon if you can manage this, but its hard to do early on with other peices in the way. So what does all this mean? Im suggesting a dynamic value of chess peices, knights start o…

theyre similar in terms of how cut they are, the difference is zyzz wasnt natural. if brad pitt is the ideal for women then im dressing wrong, which I know I am to a point because my priority isnt style. overhead press isnt the best measure of functional strength even. its a kind of contrived example where a man, a meaty man at that will do better. they took it out of the olympics because its easier to press more the more you lean back and turn it into a kind of bench press, which is obviously risky for the back. deadlifting, skinny goat herders might do fine at that, sitting in a crouch improves your ability to apply your strength low. men would be better at this than women on average, but ther…

ther are women who can also run a mile, 2 miles, 26 miles faster than 99 percent of marines but, they typically arent soliders. Having read up on running ability, the average 20 year old finishes a marathon in the same time as the average 60 year old. so what I noticed in the standards, is a very low standard for 41 year old men in running. whats going on here? different curves. the average 41 year old is given a break because they dont care that much, they want general fitness not extremes. the…

ill counter that video games dont have to be a time waster. yes you go online and play vs people who waste all day and it feels like that after a while, but its also a great challenge to compete against people spending a lot more time at something. tv, I like documentaries or movies, or even music channels so I can directy my focus elsewhere. a movie takes more time than a tv show, but its one consistent narrative with a definitive end, there is wasting time and then there is rushing around poin…

its often the opposite of what you think. there could be a selection bias because there are less fit guys than guys with dad bods. but I think youre imagining someone hugely out of shape and im imagining someone husky who could go on the treadmill and be healthier for it, but doesnt look terrible. george costanza for instance looks better with his shirt off than on. newman, no thats not what I mean. more like chuck liddell with his muscle gut. but definitely not brad pitt in fight club, that was…

I use the stoners approach, get high before you get high. it doesnt make you less afraid to die, but you can tell yourself its irrational because driving is statistically more dangerous, and you can tell youre irrational when high, you arent drunk. Plus socially it makes everything go smoother if youre smiling at everyone, usually I smoked out of an apple and maybe they couldnt smell weed, but if they could tell they didnt care.

I dont believe Brad Pitt in fight club represents how a woman wants to see you, but how a man wants to see himself. You look in the mirror when youre cut and you see all your muscle fibers you feel light and energetic. /running would be a pair of dumbells away from the ideal male physique if it were how cut you are, its more how bulked. Women like dad bods or Jason Momoa.

the violent enforcers arent dominant. theyre submissive to higher ups, with some degree of power in the form of discretion. Knights and pawns vs bishops kings and queens. also a martial arts master can respond non violently to someone punching him and make the attacker look and feel foolish. or, myself va a drunk person, you dont have to punch them back, catch their hand or trap their arm. its demoralizing to try to hit someone and fail. or to hit them to no effect. society is intentionally set …

while the health benefits of lifting are real, running statistically is the only type of exercise that gives you the time back in longevity. you can do healthy lifting that gives you the same cardiovascular benefit, total body workouts high volume low rest moderate weight. then youll look like in between a runner and a lifter. at some point aesthetics and dominance due to increased size diverge from health. women seem to prefer swimmers, men prefer themselves as lifters, say what you will of run…

sort of. tom brady is the most attractive patriot. he has the tallness, leaness, and the other 20 percent symmetry and asthestic presentation. if he lacks someone the 60 percent coming from strength compared to say gronkowski, he makes up for it and still scores 95. Someone who has 10 percent body fat at 210 has 21 lb of fat. Someone who has 10 percent at 175 has 17.5 lb of fat. That is how percentages work. I get that you want strength, fitness for sports, health attractiveness to women to all nearly line up for you. Too bad they don't and you and the six people who up voted you in the red pill reddit can not accept reality. It's generally worse for your body to carry 21 lb of fat than 17 lb of fat. I'll tell you how I did it. All my runs were on hiking trails because the softer surfaces and rough terrain require more muscle activation. I think it was three 23 minute 5 km runs per week and one day of sprints. See if I did 7 runs per week I'd never grow leg muscle. You could run easy every day though as long as you don't exceed the mileage you can do easily. But the 3 short and hard runs per week are essential those build up your legs and core. It depends on what you mean ok but they have a high percentage of muscle lb for lb. if you combine it with weight training in the off season you can be undisputably muscular. Swimmers are muscular in the way that a woman would actually want. Fit proportional whatever word. but if you also lift then you can get the larger fast twitch fibers to grow too.

But keeping your body fat low only facilitates long term muscle growth, when you're gaining weight. I'll set you in on a secret that nobody will believe, but I'll mention anyways.
