Today I was thinking about "spoiling yourself" in the context of being physically cocky in public. It makes guys butthurt and girls horny. Basically there's a fine line before "gronk" behavior; fucking with that line is "spoiling yourself". Gronk was one of those eye opening concepts for me back in the days of theredpill being great

In my opinion this is missing a major component. Feeling value for my intrinsic qualities is nice and all, but the ability to withstand the wide spectrum of uncomfortable feelings is really what makes a strong frame. These "deepest part of yourself" virtues don't mean shit if believing in them causes you to misreward yourself or deny reality.
