If she misses you and wants to see you she will start texting you again. Don't play her games. Either she wants you or she doesn't. You did the right thing by making it clear you don't want to be just friends. Stick to that position. Don't hang out with her and for the love of god don't do her any favors or have any contact unless she wants to be more than friends also. I know it's difficult but try not to see her as "the one".
