1	I'm in high school. How do I start living a redpill life from now? If you do nothing else different today than yesterday, spend time today and every day thereafter practicing thinking. I recommend starting easy, by setting an alarm for ten minutes or five. The venue matters. Sticking with one place that is used for nothing else can help. The mind responds to outward cues. 1	Those moments It's been helpful for me to think of the hamster as a force, like wind or water. It can work to your advantage (she will find very think excuses to be near you at times that are lamely plausibly deniable) or it can crush you utterly ('oh, you just spent twenty hours helping me with X and are exhausted?
