This is exactly the attitude you should take. And you will find that it will pay off the long run--even if you do not "get the girl"--you will have built yourself into the man you've always wanted to be. And that, my friend, is far better than any earthly relationship.

Biblical divorce, as Matthew 5:31-33, 1 Corinthians 7:12-16, Malachi 2:16, Ephesians 5:22-33, Genesis 2:18, Timothy 5:8 put it, is fine (if not sad and upsetting). If your wife has abandoned God, you should not be yoked to an unbeliever. But 1 Corinthians 7:12-16 speaks about sanctification of an unbelieving spouse through the believing spouse; so this one is up for discussion--please enlighten me as to this point. If she has abandoned you physically, God has not intended for man to be alone (Ge…

All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not. 1 Corinthians 10:23 Magic tricks are not a sin. The intent behind the deception is one of entertainment and amusement, not to deceive someone to gain their money/ time/ body. People pay money for this exact thing-- they want to see the craft--you are not deceiving them by doing what they wanted. Think of how the skills you have gained (you said confidence, logic, public speakin…

Proverbs 5:3-10: For the lips of the adulterous woman drip honey, and her speech is smoother than oil; 4 but in the end she is bitter as gall, sharp as a double-edged sword. 5 Her feet go down to death; her steps lead straight to the grave. 6 She gives no thought to the way of life; her paths wander aimlessly, but she does not know it. 7 Now then, my sons, listen to me; do not turn aside from what I say. 8 Keep to a path far from her, do not go near the door of her house, 9 lest you lose your ho…

Don’t listen to this guy. Explore your interests, maybe it leads to some knowledge that you didn’t have before. Man was not built to do one thing only for his entire life.

Do yourself a favor and read The Prince. Or at least familiarize yourself with the topics. It will make this feeling magnify by 100 until you trust no one. ??? Profit.

I propose you ask a new question: "How do I go about finding like minded, educated people with whom to share your life?" Consider what I hold important: Some college education, at the very least. A mission. Working out Conservationism and exploration Interest in a broad range of subjects--"The Renaissance ___" Practicing a musical instrument If we are to hunt unicorns, you must find its watering hole. So with my above examples, I should probably: continue with college classes (perhaps night scho…

To further this: Go ask your sister, mother, etc, how many feet a certain distance is, say from your car to the garage. You take a guess too, then measure it. I doubt you will ever care about spouting measurements to any woman ever again.

Look, this girl sounds like bad news bears whatever way you put it. You keep playing with fire you are going to get burnt. Chuck this plate into the ditch and pickup another one.

Imagine this time as if you were incarcerated, perhaps unfairly. You mope for a while. Life is shitty. You hate it all. It's claustrophobic as shit. You've played the same goddamn card game 27 days in a fucking row and you just threw your favorite, no, your only goddamn mug at the wall. Fuck. So you sit there, and look at your cold tea soaking into the concrete walls. And maybe it makes you realize: This room does not define me. So if you're like me, you get down on the floor and start doing pus…

Don't even bother with the gym today. Sign up when you can consistently do x reps of x exercise 3-5 times a week consistently or you will be wasting your money. Start with bodyweight exercises. Walk more. Jog more. You like baseball? Find someone to play catch with. Find a covid friendly sports team. Or don't. Disc golf is incredibly easy to start learning and is cheap, fun and gets you using your legs + arms. Plus, it's way less lame than golf. Hiking is free-bring water, sunscreen, bugspray, t…

100% Those religious nutjobs that you can't stand? They didn't read the book either, at least not the sections where Jesus said anything. My opinion? Start with Genesis, Exodus, skip Levit/Numbers Deut, then go down the order till Daniel. Then read the Gospel. If you agree with Paul continue reading past that point. Revelations is quality post-apocalyptical literature.

I am assuming you are from Belgium. There is a trope that SK women love white men. Anecdotally I have found this to be true. Western culture has also given some groups airs of superiority, so they probably actually do think that they are better than you.

I have found the opposite. Understanding the nature of the challenge has granted me courage and will to soldier on and work harder on myself. The haze of delusion has cleared from my mind, and with clarity comes focus towards my goals.

First dates in covid are hard. I’m not having many good ideas with that. But second dates (All socially distance approved) : * Hike/ walk * Beach * Swim * Lunch at the park/ beach / etc Basically get outside somehow and you should be fine. “There’s this coffee_shop with an outdoor patio in X- town, let’s meet Wednesday — how does 2 sound?” (Edited - added bullet points)

Part of being a better man is introspection. You are losing frame by caring about the inane opinions or lives of others (a variation on one-itis). Focus inward and sculpt yourself. You may find that if you do this, your relationships with others will improve. As for people that bore you, part of spinning plates is tossing them to the side if they don't meet the grade.

Look man, if a GIRL is doing something SEXUAL to you as a MAN that by definition is HETEROSEXUAL. Your body is yours, no one elses. Don't be so afraid of being considered GAY -- which isn't even an insult these days-- that you wouldn't let a hot girl do unspeakables to you.
