It tastes like horchata—a Mexican rice drink flavored with almonds and cinnamon. I’m 100% serious, it really surprised me and is kind of a “known secret”.

Dude, Im 5’10, 40s, bald, not rich, a tad out of shape. After implementing RP (and lifting) I can consistently pull attractive girls their 20s because of confidence, including long term plates, dating, etc. Im not saying this to brag, just an honest response one brother to another. You CAN do it, but you need to work on yourself physically, mentally, and spiritually. Women can sense it all, and many are attracted to a super grounded RP man above all else.

After reading your posts, which are spot on (I have decent personal experience and can verify), I looked for books for further reading on the dominance topic. Im less experienced on that front, but women really want it and many have expressed it to me. The interest first came to my attention through overt communication, then I began to notice tons more subtle expressions of interest in this from lots of women. In the end, the best guide I found for running a total (not just bedroom) D/s arrangem…

Was raised Mormon. Didnt date much in HS, had no idea what I was doing when I started dating/courting—long story short I didnt vet well enough. Parents pressured marriage, repeatedly. Trying to appease them, I married and divorced 3 Mormon girls. Now Im fucking done with the religion and marriage. Mormonism is having the same struggles as everyone else in western society. Mormon girls have been compromised by modern feminism just like all the rest. Though I can say sex was fun while it lasted in…

You wont be saying “50/50 is good odds, I’ll just try again” after you get your heart ripped out and your wallet lit on fire like OP already did. He learned the lesson. Smart people learn from other people’s mistakes, dumb people have to learn from their own. Full disclosure, I’ve been an idiot with women.

Even if they’re slaying it I bet they’re dealing with ED plus other physical and mental issues caused by low Testosterone.

Stronglifts 5x5 is a solid starter strength program.

I wish I could upvote this more than once. The nutrition advice is solid, if you’re an endomorph like me then yeah cut all carbs and go keto (healthy fats are important). Healthy diet will also help with hormone balance and testosterone production, which is key to mental and physical fitness. As an option to Starting Strength I also suggest Stronglifts 5x5—others have recommended it and it worked well for me. Supplement a good strength program with basic stretching. HIIT workouts are also a good…

One thing I will say, I agree that men should avoid talking to women about personal problems. However, you can talk to other trusted men when you need to. That’s what brothers (actual or adopted) are there for.

I totally have a baby face, it actually helps you look younger as you age. If you lose body fat, you can find a nice balance with babyface—trim enough to look good while still looking younger than you are. I would suggest aiming for mid teens on body fat percentage to see the best results. I dont know what congenital issues are messing with your face, but autism shouldn’t affect your looks. If you can interact on this forum you should be able to develop yourself. Be your best, mentally and physi…

Dude, I feel you I was raised in a very conservative home. This is what did it for me: when I realized women are just people. Most attractive women are boring, quirky, and kinda stupid—just like most people. What does this mean? Relax and talk to them. Talk to everybody, have fun and meet people! You will eventually have an interesting chat with a girl, and then more chats with more girls. And chances are if you meet enough of them nature will take control and you will get romantic. Have fun. Do…

Exactly. Learn some self control and self value, then be more selective—as you should be because you are the prize.

Men age like wine. In my early 40’s I am doing better than my 20’s. Im neither rich nor an Aberzombie model but I am healthy, passionate about my mission, and relaxed as fuck. All the girls Ive dated in the past couple of years have been in their late teens to mid twenties...many wont admit it but they are extremely attracted to older confident men.

Truth. Be super selective when dating women in their late 20’s and early 30’s, they are often surprisingly bitter about hitting the wall—remember that a 30 year old HB7 was probably an 8 just a few years ago and possibly a 9 in her late teens/early twenties. If they have a lick of sense, they also missed the opportunity to get with the best men possible (for them) and are likely either flawed (that’s why they havent settled down) or have baggage from shit relationship/carousel choices.

If you go back further than about 11,000 years ago (before agriculture) almost everyone was on the carnivore diet. In tropical climes more keto. Also, they estimate that over 50% of people died in human-on-human tribal violence, most of them men. Think of tribal warfare like a cross between a triathlon and the traditional Greek sporting events (javelin, shotput, long jump, wrestling, etc...this is no accident); you have to be lean and mean to survive. The low tier dudes would either be dead or b…

Yep. I think that they are just wired to avoid weakness in mates, and instead seek out “strength” (which as RP shows, can be measured in many unconventional ways). Hence hypergamy. Unless it is a super LTR and the injury is physically obvious or an issue that she will unavoidably find out about (due to doctor’s appts, therapy sessions, etc), then DO NOT SHARE. If you must, exert extra dominance displays in other spheres to counterbalance your reputation hit in the one area. In fact, you gain man…

On point. I have been learning that this kind of release is necessary to process strong negative emotion. This is basically the first step that I had to take in order to begin working through some traumatic experiences from my time in the military (they have been festering for years, not healthy. Truly negative baggage wont “fix itself” over time). To reiterate, do NOT share these types of feelings with women. One asked me to open up to her after I got out of the service (we were romantically in…

I am 38, bald, went back to college after military service, very recently divorced (I never should have married her, a cheating liar... and a hot blonde... but that is a story for another time). Heck, I am not even that good looking, need to lift more (I DO lift tho, Stronglifts 5x5, it works wonders), and seriously need to lose some body fat %. In the last few months I have been out with a girls in their 20's including a 20yr old, and am now dating a 29 year old pretty seriously. 19, 20, 21 yr …

I think that is his point. If you believe that your actions peg you as unfaithful (as the test subjects were told), then you will modify your beliefs regarding romantic fidelity.

Holy shit, a very mechanistic analogy to female strategy that I can totally understand. I have experienced the differences in the A/B sexual interactions personally and I think this more nuanced approach definitely has merit.

"You cant gain knowledge or perspective by imitating fiction." This sums it up perfectly. Our socio-cultural environment is a facade created by people too scared to face reality, and perpetuated in an attempt to protect them from the natural law.

That sir, would be a very assertive move. OP seems confused about whether he wants kids or not sometime down the road, and since he stated that he still needs to figure out what he really wants out of life, he might want to wait a bit and be 100% sure before he makes that move. I totally agree that he needs to take full responsibility for his reproductive powers; you NEVER carelessly put a bun in the oven.
