I was preoccupied with thoughts like these when I was around 19, 20, if it is distressing to you it could be a symptom of anxiety. If it is you need to address that. If not it would be harmless to indulge in it and perhaps you should read a few books on such subjects to satisfy your curiosity. Ultimately no one knows the answer to these questions so there is a comfort in that, there is no secret knowledge to obtain, you just have to make peace with it all.

Who's more likely to get mugged or beat up? A white man standing in an all black neighbourhood at 2am or a black man in an all white neighborhood at 2am. You're being ridiculous. Easy. You put a copy of the conversation under the wipers of one of the girls cars. Have a note attached saying "This stops now or there will be consequences." That way it is anonymous. She might blame others from the conversation. She might ask your gf but then ofcourse she will be admitting her wrongdoing and your gf will know nothing of the conversation giving her legitimately plausible deniability.
