It, does, however, share the same characteristics as rape. He used her naked body to his own ends without her consent. Stop trivializing the severity of the transgression. "We also don't know if he tried to stop her leaving (which would be false imprisonment not kidnaping BTW) . We only have her say-so on that.…

Is he really worth defending in this situation? It is bad enough that he violated her privacy by snapping nudes of her without her consent. That's actually tantamount to rape. Perhaps he should have gotten some advice from an expert... http://imgur.com/YgvNT5s
