I don’t really know how the UK health system works but it seems to me that this could be for men only for a variety of reasons, including that it was developed specifically for women and so should only be applied on women until there is something that is tried and tested on men, or because there are group sessions that are necessary and maybe there just aren’t enough men seeking help.
