It's also easy when you cut fats. ​ Just dont fucking mix a high carb diet with fats, or a high fat diet with carbs. Both will kill you. I do prefer a super lean diet on fat with tons or sugar, rice, etc, way easier for cardio sports. Nice to be able to eat fruit too, or sushi.
