Ask your teachers in the areas you're interested in. For example, of you're a biochem major, ask your bio or chem teachers for internships or research opportunities. Guarantee they'll have some. I'm in college as well. It's the most productive years of your life, don't fucking waste them. Your brain can do more, fuck your willpower if it says otherwise. I'm at a Top 10 university with internship five days a week and financial independence as I work and run a startup without a family supporting me. I STILL feel like I could be doing more. If you don't have an internship or some sort of professional involvement, you're doing college very fucking wrong.

Do not eat trans fats under any circumstances. OP wants cancer. Make sure you eat the right amount of protein (your weight or higher from lbs to gs) and if you're vegetarian that you're getting enough B12 and other animal-related compounds through other means

Sidebar will help all your questions. Wish I got here a year ago when I was in your position. Would have helped the blindsided breakup a lot more.
