Why in god's name did she confess that the baby isn't yours? I am still trying to understand. Did she not able to handle the pressure? If she is really pregnant and you did not demand any paternity test then she was all clear to live the lie. Why would she sabotage herself? For the sake of drama? Why? You are actually correct. India is a big country. I agree that India has poverty but it also have filthy rich people. All the top 100 richest people in India are billionaires.
