I've been lifting for the past 4 months. I went from 160 lbs with a beer belly yo 170 lbs without a beer belly. I recommend a 6 day a week PPL program and if you're fat make sure you get to 15% bf at least before bulking. I'm bulking now and goal is to get to 190 lbs at 5'9 this spring and then cut in may.

Everyone here has to watch Pimp by RSD Julien. I also think it's good if you bought the actual videos instead of pirating them. These guys are doing a huge service to people. The ~$200 is very worth it if anyone wants to go that route.

Benefit of living in Quebec is that you can live with a woman for decades, have kids together and not get fucked over by the law if you're not married and separate. You need to have a list of items each party purchased though in case of separation. Also, you still get some of the financial advantages of married couples.

I don't know about Kenyans but Ethiopians are master race. Probably because they're Greek Orthodox. My buddy had an Ethiopian wife and she was a great woman.
