How would I be in danger by making music on my computer? It's literally harmless and my dad won't let me do it.

I'm 16 and can vouch that a lot of parents are just power hungry. My dad doesn't allow me to pursue my interests for no good reason. He gives bullshit excuses and then demands respect from me.

It's a fine weight but I still have a beer belly and it looks bad if I'm shirtless. I am honest with calorie count.

This helped, thank you. Keto did help get me down to a healthy weight and I'm maintaining (haven't gained weight in months) so I'll just stick to eating healthy and working out.

Thanks, I can certainly avoid sweets if I want to, I was just not motivated. I'll post back here again if I succeed in my journey.

I totally agree about soda and sweets not being that good during keto. The first time I had it after a month of keto, it was disappointing and didn't feel that good. Slowly, I got sucked back into it but I'm determined to get as healthy as possible. I also do cheat days once a week.

Yeah, I just relapsed so I'm shifting back to healthy eating. Protein everyday, baby. The thing is, I've never been able to lose belly fat without Keto so I don't know what else to do

I'm actually already maintaining. Even after my relapse, I haven't gained or lost any weight at all. Is 2,000 cal/day normal though or excessive?

The Keto wasn't fucking with my health, it's because I gave up for a few weeks and indulged in sweets and soda. What are some other good diets you know of?

I'm going to go out on a limb and say she doesn't even give a fuck about corona.

I'm definitely aware of the harm social media can cause so I try to stay smart and safe

Okay I just wanted to see how other people are doing with it. I was surprisingly able to lose 20 lbs of fat in one month of it

Finally a sane person who isn't stuck in the Dark Ages lmao. Don't worry I was only listening to the smart advice about finances and stuff not related to social media. I have a pretty good following and I'm making sure to also keep my mental health in check.

That's not the point. We live in a different era, one that is ruled by social media.

It's not one excuse. My dad is quite controlling of what I do.

I will have to wait until I turn 18 to invest that cash because my dad is a strict mf. Also, your social media argument makes no sense. Social media wasn't a thing in those thousand years...so of course it didn't matter.

I have been saving my money and have about 400 or so currently. As for social media, I've literally heard from many people that not having social media comes off as weird.

I lift and study so got that down. Also times have changed. Not having social media makes you look weird and that's not even projecting, I've heard many people say things like that. I can't get a job because of the pandemic but I plan on doing it next summer. It's obvious you grew up in a different time because girls are so much more materialistic in today's day and age. If you don't have a car by at least 17, your SMV goes down. At least in this stupid wealthy town I live in where everyone is a…

Hey, I have a question about keto. How many pounds did you lose in one month of doing it?

Not a podcast but AMS on YouTube got me into the whole RP thing
