5	How to keep your mind off food? Lost 60 lbs this summer on an 1800cal/day cut. The major thing for me was making sure I drank enough water to confuse my body into thinking I was full. Also, I did drink a lot of diet sodas and I think that helped me and after a while all the soda basically killed my sweet tooth.
