10	Beta leaves his job, family, and friends behind to move across the country with his fiance because she has a new job. She breaks up with him around a month later and tells him that she's having the new guy from her new job over their place for Valentine's Day and that the beta needs to get out. WHY would you ever put yourself in a situation where you don't have any choices? ALWAYS plan for the worst, even when you're hoping for the best. Good god. While I can't comment on the children aspect, I can comment on why the marriage is a bad idea. For at least the time the OP is willing to admit, there was little to no sex simply because she said so when he could be getting it when he wanted. There are many 40 year olds that look better than half the University girls in my city. That being said, the game changes significantly in those 20 years and those who have not been single and growing with the changes, often find it overwhelmingly stacked against them.
