First, you shouldn’t get a personal trainer, if you’re gonna spend the money, get a serious coach. Training with someone can be great, and really motivate and teach you. Before you shell out some cash though I’d look and try to befriend a gym rat and train with him. Most guys would love to have a regular dude to lift with, and are happy to share what they know.

Just thought I’d give the perspective of a man on this one. A lot of the comments already made are spot on. If a man wants to just have sex with you, yes he wants the craziest, most experienced, wildest hottest girl they can get. BUT, if a man wants a relationship with a girl, her having had sex with other guys in the past will get under his skin, even if it’s just a little. The idea of other men having had sex with you, his girlfriend/LTR/wife does bother a guy. So not having to deal with that …

Why would a guy who can have sex with others want a relationship with someone who won’t have sex with him?

The problem is if you’re even thinking about withholding sex, you’ve already categorized the man in question as low value, consciously or not. If there’s a guy you’re interested in who you know is great, who you know could and likely does have multiple women who want to have sex tonight, you’re not going to be making rules and testing him like that. If you do, he’s on to someone else faster then you can blink, and you just lost a chance with a very high value man. The withholding of sex is all a…

The whole “thick” thing is guys trying to rationalize only being able to attract overweight women (because some 70% of women are overweight). If you’re under 25% body fat and even a bit athletic, most guys will find you extremely attractive

So you’re 57kg(126lb) at 163 cm (5’5”)? Unless that’s a typo, that’s not very heavy or overweight at all. I can’t see a picture of you, so you could carry it badly, and getting fitter is always good, but I doubt you’re in that bad a situation. Comments about lifting weights and cardio are both good advice, but I will say lifting weights doesn’t burn fat, as the calories expended are minuscule compared to even a steady jog. What lifting weights will do though is get you toned muscle, and better t…

Man, most of that stuff is honestly garbage. If you’re gonna spend money on training, go to a real weightlifting/powerlifting gym and get a coach. 900 dollars will get you so much more with in person training. Honestly though, all the information you need is out there for free. You just gotta dig a little. Search you local library system, google and YouTube programs, and you’ll find better stuff than some instagram salesman’s program for free. Off the top of my head, the starting strength book, …

Yes, the most valuable commodity in the world is feminine youth and beauty, because every man wants it. This post is basically attacking men for wanting what they have always wanted, and are biologically programmed to want. The thing is if a young woman is slim, 85%+ of men will consider that attractive. If she’s slim with a nice face she’s pretty much universally attractive. Considering the bar men are held to to even have the “privilege” of taking a woman out to dinner, is it that unreasonable…

Yes, you absolutely owe it to them. Some things you cannot control, balding for example. However, being in a relationship or marriage means you have a commitment to keep yourself as attractive as possible for them, just as they should for you. Getting fat is really the biggest issue for both men and women. If your partner is getting fat, there is no excuse. They love food, and they love being lazy more than they love you. You have every right to demand they change, or cut them out of your life i…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
