You ARE supposed to do all of them at the same time but it's understandable that you might fall off and fail some of them a few times. The GOAL is to stick to it as much as possible. I think you're underestimating how likely it is that people know that they're the right things to do in the first place. I think you're also undervaluing people's time. The fact that all the information is aggregated for you saves you time learning this stuff, and the reasoning behind why each habit is good is something people like to be told. Exactly, a committed relationship between two people has nothing to do with anyone but the people in the relationship. Just because you understand the way women think doesn't mean you can't enjoy being around them.
