1	Advice on how to start over I completely agree that it's my fault. I read MRP as well, but I guess not enough. I'm not exactly sure when I lost frame, or leadership, but I'm willing to accept that I've softened up on my game in some way and need to fix it. Not just for your appearance, but there are physiological effects from working out that will put you where you need to be.
