5	Every time I get a text Like a lot of the guys here said, it's hard if you keep your focus on the past. Lean in to doing the hard things to be the best father you can be and push yourself to grow in emotional intelligence, spiritual awareness, physical tightness, and relational intelligence with others, get a therapist that you like... Sounds like canned advice, but I promise you, if you focus on BEING better internally, you will eventually FEEL better knowing that your growth is your purpose....
