| -4 | Dating for Nice Guys: More examples of what it means to be "unsafe"There is something really off putting about a girl using 'shit' and 'fuck' in every other sentence. Masculine undertones anyone? | /r/seduction | 07/06/12 02:16 AM |
You should know about the different Ego Defense Mechanisms and their levels of psychological health and maturityI would recommend reading a book called Hide and Seek: The Psychology of Self Deception. It examines ego states along with a range of other psychological faux pas' more closely. | /r/seduction | 07/06/12 01:57 AM

An EASY Way of Raising 'Social Proof' in a ClubThat would be a sight to see! Though, there are things that can be done which require less (i.e. shuffling). | /r/seduction | 06/06/12 03:54 AM
I think seduction, and this community is great. Recently though, struggling in a relationship, i had a girl pulled away from me by a pickup artist. This is how he did it, and this is how it felt.Haha, probably my over analytical insanity coming out. After she rationalizes it to herself and feels the need to get back with you. If you accept, then it's too easy. The game is over. Next time she'll need to outdo herself, to get the same thrill of being more crafty than you. Of course, a lot of this is done subconsciously. On the other hand if you say no, and refuse to take her back. She has a reason to blame herself, self-hate and plead how 'she makes stupid decisions' to her friends. All t… | /r/seduction | 06/06/12 03:35 AM
WHO has more interest? Interest Cycles...I agree. The fundamental need for 'stroking' as described in the book (acknowledgement etc) remains the same. I haven't read anything else that touches directly on the idea of 'games', but I would recommend looking at 'Thinking, fast and slow by Daniel Kahneman'. He looks at similar social contexts, and helps you understand the two systems your brain uses to process life (impulsiveness and intuition - system 1, and rationality, deeper thinking - system 2). It helps you understand how easily one'… | /r/seduction | 06/06/12 02:48 AM
WHO has more interest? Interest Cycles...Definitely. Though, after reading it I started noticing some of the games referred to within. It also gives you a way of realizing the deep motivations of perhaps some things you've been doing/saying. With that said, over 50 years after it was published, I think there a heap of new social games people play. | /r/seduction | 06/06/12 12:54 AM
WHO has more interest? Interest Cycles...Exactly. It all comes down to the mindset, and the small, seemingly unnoticeable changes in your personality that occur. | /r/seduction | 05/06/12 03:31 PM
Closing - I did it! - Click to find out how.Don't sweat it bud. It's almost 2:00am here, so I'll compile a full list and post it as a seddit tomorrow. Keep a lookout, otherwise message me. I think CYC is definitely still applicable. Do you still attend parties, go to social events, clubs etc? It cuts through the social 'mesh' so to speak, and gives you an idea about the hierarchy that surrounds socializing on campus, in bars etc. Particularly any 'local' spot, where you might bump into somebody regularly. Amongst other things it also look… | /r/seduction | 05/06/12 03:30 PM
Im going to Vegas for my friend's Bachelor Party, what are some tips, suggestions, warnings, or best advice for us?I find regardless of what people say, loud clubs require a completely different approach. In a less loud club, one can actually speak and display his personality, whereas if it is too loud you must depend strictly on your body language, facial expressions and eye contact.. and only then your words. Notice, I said words and not sentences. Keep it short. As soon as the girl you're trying to speak to can't hear/understand what you're saying, you lose a whole lot of a value. Why? Because it forces h… | /r/seduction | 05/06/12 03:18 PM
Closing - I did it! - Click to find out how.Haha. It was more of a joke in a response to @MorallyQuestionable comment. No doesn't need to mean no. But, I'm kidding. Respect boundaries.. :) In regards to the book, it looks a little cheesy. Though, if you're interested in readings I could give you a list that would do your 'self' good. Primarily, look at 'Conquer Your Campus by Mark Redman'. PUA stuff aside, I found this the most useful, in crafting a social lifestyle rather than a bunch of lines etc. Also helpful, 'Games People People by E… | /r/seduction | 05/06/12 02:51 PM
I think seduction, and this community is great. Recently though, struggling in a relationship, i had a girl pulled away from me by a pickup artist. This is how he did it, and this is how it felt. The way I see it, men and women alike have crazy ways of rationalizing their actions. In this case, she kissed/slept with the guy because he might have been instinctively more attractive (no hate on your part), and then rationalized it by telling herself, "Well, I kissed him but x who I really like and I'm going to prove that to myself and to him, by wanting to get back". All the while, I can imagine a small part of her doesn't want you to take her back, but then again my imagination is wild. | /r/seduction | 05/06/12 12:03 PM
