131	Teacher recommended me for a STEM scholarship from lockheed martin, me being a straight white male, how is this not sexist and racist? At med school Asians are hit with -440 points, whites -260, blacks +80 and Hispanics +260. Women also have slightly higher added values but the same decrements/rewards. The medical industry is already full of women, why this is still trending I will never know.
