3	The Red Pill has wrecked me completely. This hits way too close to home. I'm still working on many of the things you listed but I might be able to offer some perspective. Your post screams "serious." It sounds like the red pill has caused you to take everything too seriously and it's freaking you out. My guess is that in the past you got laid more because you didn't take things so seriously even if you were a beta bitch. 8	How to Solve Your Problems With Women I can vouch for this as someone who has just started talking to women in bars regularly. Still working my way up to starting conversations with random people during the day. One thing that has helped is realizing that I need to prove to my own brain that I can talk to women successfully. 1	Never let a woman disrespect you because you upheld the rules. Life is full of exceptions. That's why, even though we have laws, we still have judges. Because no rule works for every single situation.
