Yes because it's false accusations that India is struggling with, not people getting a slap on the wrist for rape.

Yeah you appear to have a basic misunderstanding of what that phrase means. It doesn't mean immediately throw everyone accused into jail. It means don’t assume women as a gender are especially vindictive, and recognize that false allegations are much less common than real ones (and AFAIK not higher than false allegations for other crimes, so why pick out these to whine about?) . It means actually consider what they're saying and don't attack them simply for coming out about it, as our society ha…

Idk when you post about a murder people don't come out of the woodwork defending the accused with no info just because of the type of crime. Society is always going to judge certain people and conflating that with believe all women is foolish

Lol they aren't reacted to more than child murder, there isn't much controversy or discussion of that because it's accepted as a bad thing and perpetrators regularly face time for it. Do you think that false rape allegations happen more often than other false police reports, or think that posting about something on social media is the same as formally accusing them of a crime?

False police reports are already a crime and you're ignoring how very few cases of false rape reporting there actually are, regardless of totally true screenshots like this

Wow another dumb post completely missing what that statement is saying, what a surprise

Why would that mean that women don't have options other than raising a child?

You forgot to include one at the beginning "Can choose to wrap up or not" or even "can choose a partner on birth control or ensure that he is using it"

It's good for you to show your backwards political leanings sometimes as well as the gender ones, good job

This post made me curious, so I also spent 5 minutes looking. While I was unable to find your anti gay posts, I did find a pretty simple answer to one of your other problems! If you check the comments on any of those posts, stickied at the top is an auto moderator post about how non females will be banned from the sub so I presume they scrape posts on subs made for men and auto ban people who post there.

Most senators running for president miss a lot of votes, this isn't unusual. Also with Mitch in charge it's obvious she isn't missing anything important, just partisan judge approvals

Stop being a disingenuous fuck obviously if you don't hear the whole argument, saying you heard it is inaccurate. It's also besides the point and just dumb semantics. You are a waste of time, you don't argue in good faith. Off yourself.

When the whole thing hinged on things she claims were said, while bystanders admit they didn't hear it. I presume you're intentionally misunderstanding this.

If you hear an unknown percentage of an argument, no I wouldn't say you then "heard that argument."

I didn't say they stopped arguing I said the entire thing wasn't heard, you disingenuous fuck.

What's invalid in your response is literally the point of contention in all discussion of this. That nobody but the two of them knows what was said before voices were raised. Therefor, no, they didn't hear the argument. Edit holy shit I didn't see the part about live stream debate how pathetic can you get

The picture has mislead intentionally with it. That's why that characterization was used.

You are incorrect. They both clearly state they missed the opening of the argument. How you misconstrued this as both witnesses remember the argument Is beyond me

The meme posted says racist phrase when she was clearly not using it as such. Media outlets classifying him as Latino have done the same. It is untrue.

What am I supposed to get from this about their argument? She is confirming that she was pointing him out of the store, as the employee said. She claims that he told her to go back before she started using that to tell him to leave, none of them employees of the store say that they heard what was said before she started saying that. She says that she believes it was incited by hate, but obviously didn't file that in the police report because of no evidence for it.

Both employees interviewed said they heard nothing of the argument until voices were raised. Read the police report.

lol pointing out untruths isn't defending somebody. The police report says that she didn't think was a hate crime but assault involving her child. assault and third degree child cruelty

Yes she told him to "go back" as in back outside the store. Where he came from after leaving then returning to the store. In the context of telling him it's none of his business. As the cashier interviewed by police stated.

The link is in my comment, her lawyer posted scans of the police report on Twitter. Maybe the police report doesn't include this headline because that statement specifically says she was telling him to leave the store. Edit: Can't make out the nametag but I presume that is Jalima Hamlett. She also says she didn't hear any of the conversation before that (presumably when the fight was starting).

Y'all need to educate yourselves. She walked back her statement and admitted he just called her a bitch, nothing racial. However the claim that she told him to go back is definitely fake news. Not supported by the released video. The police report cited two Publix employees who said they did not remember or witness the argument between Thomas and Sparkes https://patch.com/georgia/marietta/lawmakers-account-racist-rant-doesnt-jive-pd-report Sure is weird how these sites ignore the actual police r…
