If it's the boyfriend's property, then yes he can take it away. You should by your sin his own, even if it's a burner from a convenience store.

Ugh. That happened to my husband. He is stuck with a judge who hates military fathers. His only hope for appeal is if the ex wife moves to a different county.

Sorry for the late response. My husband doesn't use social media and all the things you talk about are relevant to his experience and his ongoing custody disputes. I sometimes read something on this forum and him the phone so he can read through you what you all have to say.

Yeah I'm a woman. Don't go to that one. It's definitely woman focused. Also if you guys ever date in the future, stay away from r/ blendedfamilies. That one is usually step parents asking for advice and all the birth moms beat them down. I read this because my husband is in the same position as you with a crazy ex wife.

Nothing if you can find one. All the large banks do, but you might have better luck with a credit union.

Sorry dude. What you are portraying is not correct. Chex systems only has about 3 flags. It's based on your activity at other banks. NSF history is one, meaning you have a history of bouncing checks. Charge offs is another, so you overdrew your account and never paid it back, so your account was sent to collections. Next one is fraud activity, this one is common with people using dead Grandma's social security number to keep cashing checks. I worked in banking for 20 years.

Because my boyfriend happens to be in a county that has a backlog of divorce cases to hear and 14 months and counting later his BPD soon to be ex wife refuses to settle. He's about 20 grand into legal fees and everything you guys say is relevant. She has done all the classic stuff like try and paint him as abusive, try and alienate the kids, call the police, etc. I appreciate you all. And I'm sorry you are going through that. FYI. I'm 10 years younger and 50 pounds lighter than the ex. There is …

Hey dude, I don't even know if I'm allowed to comment since I'm a woman. I follow this sub because my man is going through it with his STBX. Im just waiting for this to happen. I'm about ten years younger, 50lbs lighter and god knows how many IQ points higher than her. The main thing is, my man says I'm nice, and kind, and don't argue and have an awesome sex drive. You will meet someone like me.. don't even consider going back. Cheers!

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
