Be professional yet detached in the workplace and avoid one-on-one situations where unfounded allegations can arise. Lastly, quit tolerating bad behavior because you'll only get more of what you accept. 18	Men’s clumsy romantic behavior could get them fired. Was this inappropriate? Yes. Did he deserve to lose his job? No. Also, read the comments. Quite honestly he should have kept those thoughts to himself and managed his erection on his own time. He should have known that almost any interaction with a woman is a no-win situation and the only way to win is not to play the game.
