Calling someone obese just because is offensive, of course. However, the fact of the matter is that there are currently more obese people in the world that there are underweight people. Obesity is associated with increased risk of developing cancer, cardiovascular events, diabetes, and just poor health; it shouldn't be encouraged but at the same time you shouldn't assume an obese person is "lazy". As to why it's anti-black - no idea.
