I didn't notice any issues like that with The Marvels. But I might have missed something. I noticed it a lot with Black Widow though

I (27) was at a mall a few years ago and there was a lost little girl about 3 years old in tears. Even though I knew I could try and calm her down until mom got back (she was juggling like 3 other kids), I was too afraid someone would think I was trying to kidnap her. So I kept my distance and her in my sight until a mom with her kids saw the lost girl and stayed with her until the mom came back. Luckily she got reunited. But I wish I could have done more, but stereotypes made that impossible un…

Try being a nurturing male and wanting to babysit. You'll really see the hostility then considering everyone assumes you'll abuse the child unless it's your own even though abuse reports say parents are over 70% of all abuse reports. I joined a babysitting group last August and made a post offering my services and got accused of so many things by the women in that group. I'm amazed any of them even let their husbands or brothers near their children. So I definitely understand the hostility and i…

Been called a pedophile more times than I can count and ran out of a local babysitting group simply because I'm a guy. I love kids and the only way I'm able to get any time with kids or parenting skills, etc is by helping at my church with the kids and due to rules that churches have, guys aren't allowed with the prescho…

I've always liked kids too. I actually posted in a local babysitting group offering to babysit a while back and got called all sorts of wonderful things simply because I was a guy wanting to babysit. And I even have a fingerprint clearance card which is needed for daycare workers and teachers and doctors, etc. You can have all the credentials in the world and even be more qualified than most other candidates and still get called a pervert simply because what's between your legs is different. I a…

The worst part is both of them were conservatives. That had me super confused and I thought they would be more pro equality, but the male is more traditional and the female I'm not sure if she'd be considered traditional or not from how well I know her

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
