Glad you realized your mistake. Taking what you learned and readjusting. That’s being a man. As one user mentioned, I also have had deep conversations. I probably play the mysterious guy stereotype on dates (I’m thoughtful and I use almost no filter). I still have fucked with these kinda conversations preceding. Look more at your minutiae if I had to give any advice. Kino, eye contact, and like you said. Keep things sexual. I’ve had success even without entirely sexual hints sprinkled into convo…

A lot of this could’ve been prevented from seeing the truth here and avoiding her due to her Red Flags. But, I’m sorry for saying I told you so, and you must be in pain. It’ll be okay in the long run. Let it hurt. Reread your key points. You did a great write up which I thought would’ve been pure reiterated trash, and it was not. We have all been here. This is a cyclical thing in history with men. Men hurt. Men bring each other up. Your key points at the bottom were excellent and I highly regard…

She just left. Yeah. Met her at a dive between towns that we live in. I have excellent success with rural tinder myself. After went to a spot closer to me. “Hey let’s swing by my place I’ll show you my room” because I’m a fucking loser who lives with his parents. Showed her. Put on the matrix. Because that’s a GREAT film to smash to /s and showed her my fish before I grabbed that hair and went to town. Idgaf if she knows. As if igaf. I’m an leo and not sure what the hell the big deal is. Bioavailability is a good point, but bang for your buck, I’ll stick to fish oil. It’s worked for me through two knee injuries and I prefer to what I know. Krill just doesn’t do it for me.

Worked at Vitamin Shoppe for a while so believe me when I tell you this. Compare the EPA/DHA content of both. You should get a gram of the two combined/day. Krill doesn’t provide even a tenth IIRC. I use the triple strength VS brand. Cheap, mercury free, and it’s like $20. I take 2-4 depending on what I feel like that day. Before a meal that is.

“I like to occasionally smoke some bud” is how to start off your post. So not only are you a drug user which inherently sets you back far behind most successful men, but that’s what makes you “reflect” on your decisions in life. Maybe that should be something to reflect on, using drugs as opposed to meditation or simply mindfulness in contrast. You have a “Hollywood” view of America, whatever the fuck that means, and you’re surprised women don’t throw themselves at men. Here’s the kicker: you’re…

This exact thing happened with me. I rotate about 6-7 plates atm and I have explained to all that I love them, BUT not exclusively. They’re great girls. Send me Dunkin gift cards. Clean my room. Fuck me on my nights off. Definitely keeping a few around is awesome. Heard the same exact shit. Some are “talking” to other guys, who probably bought them the gift cards in the first place. That’s okay, friend. As long as you recognize your issues and don’t bullshit yourself, take your time. Solve the problems that plague you. I wasn’t a huge fan of Subtle Art. Yes, it has some values that you can take away from, but definitely some BP sprinkled in whereas you’re better off taking principles from other books listed here. Still a good book, but I think the title of itself is enough to drive home the takeaway from it.

I like this listing, OP, and specifically your order in which you organized them. It reminds me of how (warning: nerdy shit coming your way) Star Wars fans chronologically place the animated series to better make sense and not in release order. It makes for a more tasteful and enjoyable viewing experience. I get that that isn’t what your goal is here: it’s to acclimate the reader to what is reality. Because as Julien Blanc always points out, reality is subjective in our lens. The reality is what…

I know a lot of RSD guys aren’t really into the whole No Fap thing. But, I certainly agree there is some truth to it. Aside from anecdotal examples of guys (and girls) benefitting from it, there is a science to it. You don’t need science to tell you our long gone ancestors weren’t jerking off; they were hunting and fucking. It’s a bit far fetched to compare ourselves to cavemen, but hey, if it works why not do it?

I feel your pain. If it's any help, I'd like to let you know I'm going through exactly what you are. I'll be writing a more detailed post about it in the coming days. In any case, I'll try to shed some light on why you might be feeling this way; much of which is fact with my personal beliefs speckled in. Self-improvement is not supposed to feel good. This information is scattered and quite arbitrary. I didn't learn anything that wasn't already apparent to me from reading MFA sidebar. Telling one to "realize their personality and express it" is vague. I suggest bringing more concrete advice with examples of styles and personalities. Inspo albums not linked to Reddit. That kind of thing. Because something like this post doesn't serve much of a purpose. Organizing your information more coherently instead of walls of texts with breaks and bolds.

That's how I read it. Purely girl-like writing. It made me feel bad for him largely because he wrote it as if this is just life and there's nothing he could do about it. When in reality, there's much he can do to intervene now. Albeit the real actions should have been taken far earlier in that girl's life.

Perfect example for what you just said is Post Malone. Dude absolutely fucks, and he IMHO is the definition of fuck-ugly. Why does he fuck? He's top tier, makes good music, collects checks. I do however think OP brings a good point to the table in that you should still lift regardless. And I think I would go even further to say that your facial appearance is important as well. I shave because I look better like that, I get my eyebrows done, do my hair in the morning and after I take the bike out…

I really hope OP sees this because it is a very significant fact to note. Although Carlos essentially took none of the advice, when his downfall comes which is undeniably soon, OP will certainly come to mind as you said. It's one thing to help out family, but a coworker is pushing it I would say. While many of my peers do not, you can't just generalize our knowledge on TRP based on age. As the senior contributor said, looks certainly help and they get you in the door. But game dictates much of the rest. Game can point you to the F close or loss; you choose. As a bouncer, I see this time and time again. Dudes who are total studs no homo, they walk up. Attention is gained and it's almost always lost bc they try and talk to the girl. It's not a matter of what you say, but how you say it that matters, as RSD Max always says. I'm 6'9" and I am training for a powerlifting meet in a f…
/r/TheRedPill08/05/17 08:39 PM

It really boils down to a few truths. If you're a good-looking male who does even lift, your chances at success using these apps is high. Success being meet the girl and F close. Those guys are the top 5% of the app and likely are the only ones succeeding. Even then, that top percentage of guys should be using the app sparingly, like on the shitter or perhaps on the bus/train. Because they have other, better, more significant tasks to accomplish. They close on cold approaches, and when they go o…

Basically a tl;dr. I did a lot of research during college. 20 college-aged rugby players increased DHT by 56% after seven-day load on creatine. Maintained DHT over 36% (?) during regular maintenance of creatine. Couldn't remember if it was 35 or 36. But nonetheless, the research setup is okay. And regardless, if you're a young dude who lifts. Creatine is a hands down no questions asked must take supplement. The research is unquestionably solid.

Overhead pressing. Lateral and front raises. Bands with increasing resistances. Pulling and pushing movements. And don't get me wrong. It fucking hurt really bad. I was essentially crying while I did my workouts. My team mates would check up on me and bring me tissues from the bathroom. Some days were harder than others. But I knew what I had to do, so I did it. No matter the cost. Because I had a vision and I wouldn't let pain interfere with it.

Dude. You're not disabled. I suffered a badly separated shoulder in high school. I made recovery my top priority and now I'm OHPing 185. You may have trouble recovering and figuring out how to solve your physical issue, but for fucks sake. Change your goddamn attitude first. This is the problem. You're not in any goddamn stage. You haven't digested shit. Because you haven't realized that it's not women that suck; it's you. You're on the internet complaining about a "disability" which literally i…

I disagree with your comment. Because making others like you is not the same as seeking their validation. In business, making acquaintances and networking and creating a personality for one's self is necessary. It will lead to certain professional failure if you don't have a good reputation. I think that goes without saying. You do, in a way, seek their validation when you engage in conversation and determine their body language and tone and comments about you really mean, that they like you. In…

I had the same issue many moons ago. Car. Or see if you can have a friend lend you their room that they share with one other student. I borrowed my buddies room all the time. Both of them would bounce and go get food or something.

On that, I agree with you. But I don't see why someone would simply choose the more ineffective route which takes longer and keeps your numbers down.
/r/askTRP15/04/17 08:31 PM

You just contradicted yourself... strength equals size. If you are big, you are strong. If you are lifting heavy weight, you are also going to be bigger. I implore to you take a look at Jim Wendler for example. Huge in his prime. Now he's lean as a horse. Compound movements. With bodybuilding rep ranges to up volume on accessory movements for the sole purpose of volume. Which gives you hypertrophy. But you can't get stronger if you're not maxing out your weights and adding more. Plain and simple…

Nice. Marine stoops to name calling because he's too uneducated to make a point. Quit eating crayons with jalapeño cheese spread and pick up a book. Stop by one of the high end bars in North Jersey if you can get in. Judging by your progress pics and how you looked all jacked up, likely not. I bounce at many of them. You can peep if I actually even lift. I may not see you from up here as I'm 6'9" so watch for my belly button. And you can check out my neck beard, too.
/r/askTRP15/04/17 08:13 PM

I'm not even going to downvote you because I feel sorry for you. Perhaps you should take advantage of the Post-9/11 G.I. Bill and go to school like I did and learn a thing or two before misinforming our little noobs on this sub. Yes, you're correct on one thing. Some BB routines do incorporate those movements, but not in the correct rep ranges and loads within a linear periodization format. That's why so many new lifters see the pump gains in the first two months and think holy shit. And I'll re…

only benefit of strength routines is learning compound movements. This is the most asinine statement I've ever read regarding anything fitness related. This sub has gone full retard. It's beyond help at this point. You clearly have no idea what you're talking about. Yeah, forgot protagonist/antagonist muscle groups developing in unison. Forget about joint and ligament health that it stimulates and reinforces i.e. Wolf's law. Forget about the fact that it's simply more efficacious and efficient i…

Absolutely agree on this. You should not fundamentally change your interests in order to pull. Your frame and masculinity should do the work in that aspect. Look at RSD Max for example. Total StarCraft 2 nerd. You're gonna tell me he doesn't pull? If you like video games and Star Wars, then so be it. But that shouldn't be you're entire goddamn life. It's one thing to have a poster or an action figure, but not a whole room and have that be everything you talk about. Women love a guy who's investe…

A key component to being successful I've found is that in order to get anywhere you have to start. That start, is always the hardest. Once the momentum is in motion, much is already in place. This is a key step to get moving. That BELIEF that one day you will achieve what you set out to do. Without that, why would anyone start in the first place?
/r/TheRedPill14/04/17 03:01 PM

Sure on some level. While TRP MOSTLY advertises being dominant in the aspects of SMP, building yourself as a man has a lot to do with maximizing the benefit of not only becoming "manlier" but also that translates to better sex life. Whether it's just came and hookup or LTRs. Good thing you got checked. Colon cancer is highly deadly , but yes it is also mostly benign if you remove the polyps. If you let them grow, it can become a malignant tumor which at stage 3-4 will likely kill you hard.
/r/askTRP13/04/17 08:08 PM

You're not asking for advice. You asked a question. To which I'll respond, yes, you can be "manlier" without lifting. Whatever the fuck that means. Will shooting guns and splitting wood with an ax built testosterone? Yes. Should I stop lifting and just rely on these activities to become "manlier"? No. That's absurd. Everyone should be lifting. Especially a dude who's about to cross into prostate exam territory. BTW I'm 23 with a degree in this shit, and I highly recommend you get your prostate a…

None of these facts absolve men of personal responsibility for their actions – however, men making less than wise decisions with regards to sex are following their evolutionary directive. Fantastic point, and I think it goes hand-in-hand with the concept that the most important action that any man can take is simply taking the Red Pill. Because as we all know, the sole decision to click here and educate one's self about the idea - this realm of thought we have here - it no longer makes the man a…

I don't have much experience with MILFs, but from my knowledge on PUA, I would say just tread carefully. Be on the lookout for IOIs, but hell, if you get good ones that are obvious as air, you have to move in for the kill. You could always just side talk to them. Make the approach and cover it as just talking. But when you recognize the IOIs and body language, that's your moment to make it happen or fail and lose the opportunity. It's interesting territory you're working in, OP. Could be solid o…

I agree. It sounds like OP would certainly benefit from some alone time and bettering himself. While you might be horny, OP, it's important to manage yourself before you dive into managing people, let alone girls i.e. spinning plates. But then again, maybe you'll realize you enjoy sex after all. Sure, they might not be as hot as your LTR, but it doesn't necessarily have to be looked at as a quick dopamine fix. I am by no means endorsing sexual behavior as a fix of any kind, but it could take you…

This is an excellent report that I feel a lot of guys can benefit from. It is very, VERY difficult to go out solo for the first time, especially if you're like me who has traditionally ALWAYS gone out with a group of friends. A good friend of mine was an avid lifter and succumbed to an injury similar to yours; severe pain in the lower back, difficulty sitting down and just walking. I understand your pain, man. To be honest with you, your best option would be to focus on recovery and treatment as prescribed by your PCP. They will know what's best for you. As for injections and stem cells, cortisone only works for so long and it's been reported to help minimally with acute pain. As for the latter, if you have the money…

While you are correct, the point /u/TRPmc117 is trying to drive home here is KISS: Keep It Simple Stupid. Not only is 3x5 and 5x5 recommended for beginners to develop foundation conditioning levels for muscles, bone, and ligament structure, it's also just easy. It takes little time to get done. The compound exercises work out multiple muscles so protagonist and antagonist muscles grow together and it's more efficient. Less time, more work done.
