Hey man, if that chest routine is working for you then by all means stick with it. But most people I know do not have the nutritional requirements or allow themselves enough recovery time to benefit from the routine you describe. If that's your "bare minimum" chest routine and you can accomplish it with the intensity required to make gains then you are a beast and I tip my hat to you. But for most people (especially beginners), the compound exercises and low rep ranges allow for the type of inte…

Yet these are the same chicks that wonder why guys are increasingly rejecting marriage.

This is also what happens when you let your wife whine about wanting a MFM 3some to "spice up our sex lives". THEN...fall for the "he's to shy to perform around you" excuse. I get being a gracious host and everything, but since when does letting some dude fuck your wife become the solution for curing his shyness. There's being beta and there's being stupid. This guy evidently has a healthy dose of both. You can't make it this easy for your wife to be a whore.

It's sad to say, but as a black man I learned through my peers that spending money on black women is a sure recipe for disaster. I honestly don't know how other women go about it, but black women will bleed you dry if you let them. When it comes to entitlement, they haven't proven me wrong yet.

It's a beautiful thing when you're able to remove all emotion from a situation such as this and do what you know needs to be done without a second thought. Hard to get over on a man with this level of abundance mentality!

If I were this guy and my gf came to me with this story I'd be reporting this to the police myself. One way or another I'm going to find out the truth. I'm sure as hell not going to be the only one actually showing some sort of concern about my gf being raped. Especially when the 3 people who are directly affected by the allegation are acting like nothing happened. The first time my gf tried to persuade me not to get the police involved I'd be outta there.

I stopped regarding what comes out of a feminist's mouth as truthful a long time ago. Even if what she is saying were true, is it suppose to affect me in any way? The only thing I'd want is the name of the transgender woman so that I can tweet out a message of thanks. I honestly couldn't care less if these concepts came from a talking lab rat. I just know that it's changed the way I've interacted with women for the better. For that I'm thankful.

Although it is past this point now, I would have went straight to my supervisor or HR instead of approaching the female colleague. I would not have left until my complaints were documented and filed away. I probably would've also demanded a copy for myself. I know men tend to prefer hashing disagreements out face to face. But dealing with women in the workplace is much different. You have to go in knowing that any he said/she said scenario is going to favor the woman. This is a game that we're j…

Unfortunately, this guy may be the type that has to experience his wife getting fucked by other dudes on multiple occasions before he begins to see the light. I mean his wife left him with a daughter that's not even his high and dry for a few nights...and HE is the one who ends up apologizing for it. The excuses he made for her actions in his update just about made me sick to my stomach. Of course she agreed to work things out at home and do what it takes to become a better wife. She had just re…

Count me in with discipline camp. For beginners especially, weight training requires a good amount of discipline. It's something that is difficult to do at first and it doesn't yield immediate results. However if you're consistent, you'll wake up one day and realize that you've made some great gains. When that part happens you'll find that motivation comes a bit easier. To get yourself started though, I'd try looking at lifting as a part of your martial arts training. A coach of mine used to alw…

It sounds like the only reason you would want to tell this guy that his fiancé is a cheater is to make yourself feel better. Maybe you feel that by ruining their engagement you've exacted some type of revenge. Just forget about it man. You gain nothing by spilling the beans. You'll end up coming off looking small, butt hurt and desperate. Start spending your time getting your life together instead of trying to get back at your ex. Let her new fiancé worry about who he's about to marry. She's his…

I have just been very curious to know the backgrounds of the anti-marriage advocates I see around these here interwebs. Well, you have to realize that in this section of the internet you're going to get a lot of anti-marriage sentiment. It's not born out of any hate toward women though. It's more so a response to the way the legal system has chosen to meddle with the institution of marriage itself. As the red pill metaphor alludes to, people here choose to view the world in a pragmatic way inste…

I'm married and have been for 13 years. My marriage like any other goes through its peaks and valleys. But overall I can say that I am happily married. That being said, I can certainly see why there are those who choose not to marry. Through 3 generations in my family (i.e. Grandparents, parents + aunts and uncles, brother + cousins) only about 1/3 of marriages have been successful to this point. Only my marriage and my brother's marriage are currently active since my father and grandparents hav…

The scenario that you've explained doesn't seem indicative of "plate management". If your plates know the deal and you've been honest with them, what is there to fight about? If they know the deal and they still for whatever reason still choose to fight, then I'd have to rethink my involvement with said women. Sounds like a recipe for getting your car windows bashed in.

But I'd never marry any of the guys I'm having one night stands with lol. Like I said I only want to marry a feminist guy... She says this like she's doing the feminist guy a huge favor by marrying him. She lets all of the guys that she's claimed are jerks use her like a cheap fleshlight and the feminist guy is the lucky fella who's patience and perseverance landed him the "prize" in the end. I betcha those jerks will have learned their lessons then! Of course I'm sure she'll convince the femini…

Women (like everyone) are entitled to their own opinion. Doesn't mean I have to respect their opinion or agree with them. And what does this have to do with "rape culture"? Nothing, I assume Of course this has absolutely nothing to do with rape culture. But are you surprised that it's come to this? Our society has pretty much bought into the idea that a woman is supposed to be able to attend a PTA meeting in nothing but lingerie without being called out for her inappropriate attire. Doing so wou…

I agree! I'm not even joking when I say this...but the paranoia that rich athletes most likely deal with has to be overwhelming. I'm shocked that more of these guys don't opt for vasectomies. Storing your sperm in a sperm bank has to be more cost effective than being sperm jacked by some groupie.

I know you're angry because it's your little sister telling you all of this. But honestly, this is just the natural progression of things. I think women for the most part have all but resigned themselves to the reality that men are choosing to forego marriage in an effort to hold on to their hard earned money. As a result, financial security for women must be obtained by other means. When the mark is an $8M a year baseball player, a woman's dignity is unlikely to get in the way. Look at it this …

quoted text I don't want to hurt anyone, but I am the one hurting the most now, and I feel like this is something I need to do rather than something I really want to do. I love how she's playing herself up to be the victim in order to justify what she's doing. She's the one who is making all of the sacrifices because as we all know, it takes inner strength to be the other half of an adulterous relationship while also seducing another guy (who she'll never fuck) to pay for her meals and be her em…

I always love how younger women go on and on about how creepy it is to be hit on by guys over the age of 35. Or how they manage to endure the objectification of being stared at while walking across the street with her ass cheeks hanging out of her shorts. Meanwhile they don't mind having some 60 yr old's dick, vomit cum down their throats as long as the dude is worth $10M or more. When that kind of money is involved these guys magically morph from disgusting creeps into charming gentleman. But..…

What kind of guy would stay married to someone who decides on a whim to become an escort? I mean I guess it happens because this isn't the first time I've seen a story where the husband was knowingly cuckolded. But who in their right mind would sit at home waiting for his wife to come back to him with cock on her breath? I seriously do not understand why the husband even wasted one second trying to convince her to stop. Stop for what?! He should've had her bags packed and waiting for her as soon…

Seriously man, I'd just ignore it. Trickle truth is a bitch. Chances are she's fucked half of her co-workers too if she's already come clean about the boss. So if you're going to let the boss part bother you then you're in trouble. Don't get involved in her emotional bullshit. You're not there to pat her on the back and let her know that it's alright. You're keeping her around to fuck, not so she can clear her conscience. Let her find someone else for that dumb shit.

As long as you're not planning to LTR her then I wouldn't be too concerned. She pretty much just helped you out by arming you with the knowledge that she's a liar (and not even a good one). Just keep some condoms handy and you're good to go.
