Wrestlers neck here (with an added giraffe neck to make matters worse), honestly when it comes to shirts (both dress and tees) it just comes down to trying on a lot of them, and a tailor can only do so much for you, try to make sure it fits quite well before you even make a purchase. You might also need to go up a price range to find something that fits a bit better rather than going for the generic button down block chest fit.

BJJ is a great sport for both cardio, meeting people, theory crafting, etc. It will get you out of your comfort zoning while also getting you in tune with your competitive gaming side. Something to get you out of the shell while learning new things.

Dude what’s with the play by play relax. I’m gonna answer this all at once cause answering all these questions will do you no good. You just gotta get out more and keep going at it, you’re not gonna be perfect on your first attempt, stop thinking that talking to girls is some step-by-step system of zero to pussy destroyer, you gotta feel it out through experience and keep going until you get a “NO” or physical signs of repulsion. Another thing, stop saying full-autism, that shit is so weird, you…

Good choice, not saying you need to cut it out completely but I highly recommend still continuing what you enjoy doing athletically in some fashion through your four years

As someone who made this decision going into Uni I see where you’re coming from. I can see you love wresting but if you’re even considering the latter options you will get chewed up, burnt out, all while getting shitty grades. Given wrestlings gruelling seasons combined with cutting weight, focusing on studies is shit and unless you have a full ride and some form of academic “preferential treatment” (getting to pick courses early / ability to switch up exam & assignment scheduling) you are going…

Bjj, boxing, or muay thai - all functional and will force you to work on your cardiovascular endurance while also meeting new people that tend to be driven and motivated individuals

Dates usually consist of hanging out and partying. I keep texting to an absolute minimum between dates. Haven't paid for food / drink once. Thanks for the advice so far though it makes sense.

As a fellow skinny guy here who has made some recent gains [5'10 144 lbs ---> 164] in about 5 months, here are my best tips: Make sure to count your calories, as a skinny mofo I always blamed it on my fast metabolism when I seemed to be eating more than everyone else. When I started counting it turns out I was lacking on almost every meal besides when it was time to "show how much I eat as a skinny guy" Add shakes to your meals. After eating an entire meal, try to fit in either a proteins shake …
