I think that's a misinterpretation, sorry. 93% of 1023 convicted suspects are male. (~951) Therefore 7% of the total are female. (~72) The breakdown by age for female convicts are then against those ~72 females. The hover labels are also very poorly set as they're actually percentages and not counts.
