19	how do i stop negative feelings towards men? You can't control your thoughts, but you can not take them seriously or feed them. When someone does something that bothers you, rather than take it personally, you can see it as them lashing out because of pain/hate in themselves, and even empathize with them. Avoid media or things that show men doing things you hate or encourage hatred of men (this is probably extremely hard currently).
