um no are you drunk or something? my grandfather owns an auto shop. his employee makes an honest mistake and fucks up my car while repairing it, (costing an extra hundred dollars). i make a claim for that extra money three months later instead of asking for it outright. according to definition given in the post this suffices as haggling. so i appreciate the advice but its impertinent.
