What if this is how it is and it doesn’t change, would that be a stimulating connection? People need just a couple of things in common to make a real connection, something that drives both of you. Obviously a shared faith, morals, beliefs etc. but other things that you’re both passionate about. Doesn’t have to be a bunch of stuff but it’s necessary for a good foundation. God made attraction for a reason. If you aren’t able to have back and forth conversations that’s also hard to just try and build up over time. I have different desires. I dress modestly, and wear less makeup. I don’t crave attention and I definitely have a meek and quiet spirit to me now.
