This exactly. I didn't reply to that guy because I feel like whatever I say, he just won't understand or won't want to try to understand. If I went out with my girlfriends and a guy who came to a club all alone came up to me or one of my girls, I'd instantly think he only came to find someone to bang. He might not look like a weirdo or act like one, but I'd be cautious. Now if he came with friends, his personality would probably be a bit more upbeat and he'd look more friendly smiling and laughi…

Basically telling him to rely on other people to have fun in public? Uh no I didn't basically tell him that. I said maybe take a friend because it would come off less like he's a weirdo, like he's just out to get pussy. I don't think that's bad advice at all. And I also did mention that he shouldn't assume that he's bad looking because a girl was pulled away.

Sometimes they pull them away because they think their friend could do better. Or the guy looks like he's just a creep. Or they just didn't go to the club to look for a guy. Or they just don't want to dance with strangers. Many different reasons. Don't let it get you down though and don't think you're ugly just because a girl was pulled away. Maybe try going with a friend so you don't come off like a weirdo going alone?

I'm sure you realize that there will be women who find this funny and the ones that don't, don't sweat them. Obviously they aren't going to mesh well with you and you want someone that has the same sense of humor as you anyway.

No but everyone woman is going to react differently. Not everyone is going to be offended and block him because of that. We aren't all sensitive lol.

He doesn't know how to talk to women appropriately all because he told ONE woman something he thought was funny and she didn't agree? I'm a girl, I thought it was funny.

Just ask her.

If it's a girl you're meeting for the first time, I don't see a problem in just meeting downtown. It might make her feel more comfortable in case things get awkward. Or if you're just not that interested you could call it an early night and go. That way there isn't a long awkward silence during the drive together.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
