Well, I am 39 and have no trouble befriending and getting hit on by 20 something women. I cannot reciprocate as I have a fiancee. As queensolver says, I have found it easier to attract women as I get older. The only caveat is that I am relatively wealthy and very fit, so maybe this has something to do with it :)
