Dude is on the spectrum. Its not a bad thing, but listen to his voice. No personality at all. He sounds awkward af. He also doesnt have a very masculine voice either. He also never shows his face. Very wary of someone saying they are an “8” and never shows his face. He is very conservative and I wouldnt be surprised he is MAGA and/or a racist. He mentioned a lot in interviews about how his life ended up horrible after George Floyd riots. Im leaning toward racist conservative misogynist. Weirdo d…

There is no time table on healing. Life happens. Sometimes you meet someone who is good for you and sometimes you meet people that arent. Sometimes you are the one who isnt right for someone. Sometimes you are. I know you are a mess, but you seemed to reject a person who truly cared and wanted to help you. That is rare. I dont know if you will get that shot again. But its your life and your emotions.

I looked into many different sources to help me. I didnt find Goggins material to be what I needed at the time. I also had improv comedy and standup to help me with some of the confidence and not thinking in my head. There is a lot to be said about standing still. DO NOT STAND STILL. Get up and do something. It doesnt matter what it is, just do something. Something about idle minds I heard. Most people feel helpless when they are sitting around and just stewing and feeling sad. Remove yourself f…

I didnt need Goggins for that. I am happy there are people that help people in those situations.

Sorry but David Goggins is a fuckin tool. Dude is not all what he says he is. All these people online are just selling courses, books, etc. You are just a customer. Dude is compensating for something I cant quite figure out.

This should be pinned for this sub. Almost all men in the same situation have the same post. Crying, sad, wanting to either die or kill themselves meanwhile their wives are out fucking someone else. Women dont post shit like this. Women are sad but they dont get pathetic like men do. If your marriage is on the rocks, she cheated, she lied, or whatever it is that she fucked up on; just get a divorce. Its not worth being miserable. The reason divorce wasnt as prevalent as it is now is that most pe…

And people wonder why kids are so dependent on their parents and cant do anything for themselves nowadays. Some people use their kids as showing off how good a parent they are. "Look at me I am by their side 24/7, please validate me because my self-esteem is low". People need to stop judging and mind their own f'n business. I laugh when their kids are 18 and dont even know how to think for themselves in college. Book smart but have no common sense to think for themselves. Because mommy/daddy was…

You are in San Diego? Me too. There seems to be something she is hiding. You dont do all that if its just friends or coworkers. I feel she is cheating. But only you can make your decision. I am here for you if you need a friend. I went through a similar situation. It was cheating. Sorry you are dealing with this.

You dont need one day of the year called Fathers Day to remind you that you are a good father. We put too much emphasis on these holidays. They are just any other day for a father or a mother. You know how good you are. You also dont know all the problems others are having. Most people hide their real problems behind masks. I know I did.

This is to mirror the comments about doing your own thing. You have a nanny. There is no reason for you to have to also take care of the 3 year old if you are paying for it, right? Go use that free time for yourself. Tell her NO I will not be able to do whatever she asks you to because you have prior obligations. You have a life too. Let her realize that you are worth something more than money. She sounds very manipulative and calculating. Women say things they hear all the time from other peopl…

This seems to happen to a lot of men and women. The same types of scenarios. You have to realize that once your wife removed her emotional attachment to you, it was over. She moved on like most women do when they initiate the separation. This was probably brewing for a while and she pondered life without you. Especially during times where you thought everything was good. You got complacent. You were safe. She wanted to run a while ago. Now she has. So what you are gonna do is: -GO NO CONTACT (ex…

Dude. You cant put toothpaste back in the tube. Cheating shows lack of honesty, loyalty, poor judgement, lack of respect for his body, lack of respect for her body, etc. No matter how bad your drinking was, cheating is the worst. You leave someone then go sleep with someone else. Get a divorce first. Cheating is selfish. No one deserves it. You convinced yourself that your actions were on par with hers. Wrong. She was wrong, you didnt deserve it. Just like this guy. He doesnt deserve it.

I agree with everything but the end. She cheated. He didnt. It doesn’t matter what he did, cheating is the worst thing you can do. So if he didnt cheat, then she deserves everything she is going to get.

I am going to tell you what I realized after 18 years of marriage. It doesn not matter what you did for your family or your wife. When a wife/spouse is self-centered enough to separate/divorce/leave, there is nothing you can do or say to change that. It is a real mind fuck. I did all the things you did and it was never enough. All the times I took her to the hospital, called off from work to take care of her, made sure she had everything; it doesnt mean shit in the end. These were things you wer…
