That's part of why globalism was invented--to make sure that places without feminism and other aspects of PC ideology inevitably end up adopting it. Just look at metoo--it started in the US and other English-speaking countries but spread to most parts of the world. Sure, the impact hasn't been nearly as great, but still it's a victory for the feminists, and a defeat for men. Even India and Latin America have been affected to some degree.
