Technically no, as I’ve seen some mods say before, because it exposes FDS to more trolls and pickmes that flood FDS with BS and the mods can’t control it. Sometimes I see a post where it’s cross posted and I’ll just message the person nicely and tell them so FDS isn’t in circulation with other subreddits that may get a bunch of spam and that does the trick. It may slip by the mods here and then, so that’s why they count on us to report these things

Yeah that makes sense! There’s a lot of trolls on Reddit that still try things in FDS so we have to be mindful and watch over what is said. I personally haven’t seen any of these comments or posts lately but now I’ll keep a closer eye out. Glad I could help!!

What OP means is that FDS is anti poly in the sense that FDS doesn’t believe in Poly being a true form of a relationship for women. It’s a cheat code for men to sleep with multiple women through conditioning and gaslighting, multiple forms of abuse and therefore, FDS does not condone or support polyamory. This applies also to women who post on FDS asking for advice in their poly relationships = no no because of the reasons stated above by OP. If we “help” or give advice to these women in these “…

It’s so weird seeing it from an outside lens now being outside of the relationship... Shit still stings though when you realize that they will always go after the young, pretty model no matter how beautiful, intelligent and independent you are. It’s posts like these that help keep reality crystal clear.

I had no clue this existed and my most recent Narc Ex was 50 (I’m 23). Seeing those posts brings back so much mental trauma and emotional anxiety and anger. Older men truly are fucking trash!

I saved this post for the exact reason to come on here and give my own experience + insight now that I have FDS knowledge. Apologies if it's long! I'll try to condense and keep it factual. I dated a guy for two years who was, the entire time, "separated" from his ex-wife. Our whole relationship was a secret for two years. When we first met, he told me he had been "separated" from her for three years prior. He even lived in his own apartment, shared no kids with her (she was his 2nd ex-wife btw, …

I had to do the same damn thing plus laundry, clean the entire apartment, set out clothing and make sure the car was always tuned up. We met when I we were 18 and lived together for 4 years through college. Everyday I came home from class and I'd spend hours cleaning and cooking, only to be so exhausted that I couldn't focus on any homework and I'd always be late the next day to all my classes from exhaustion. I'll always regret all the damn time I wasted spent playing house wife to a LVM who al…

He most definitely was! I'm actually quite proud of myself because we broke up back in March of this year, and it'd been on and off for some time until May. May I finally went NC and I found this reddit and that reddit group you added and it was like a ton of truth bricks fell on top of me. I'd been doing online therapy since then as well, and during my last session in just 6 months, my therapist thinks I'm doing so well that we can start scaling back our sessions! :D Huge accomplishment! That g…

Exactly! And whenever he'd disappear for hours and days and I tried to get ahold of him, I was "acting crazy" or "obsessive" but he was always allowed to do it to me and I couldn't complain. Aight' then, I'm not gonna obsess anymore. Adios! Ever since I ended it, my phone has been silent and my anxiety has practically gone away/ I can manage it now. Now I don't wonder who it is, because I know who it is. My close friends or family. I don't panic anymore over missed calls (unless its my mom cause…

Did LDRs TWICE before I found FDS. The most recent one (he’s now an ex thank god) showed me that you will never truly know who a man really is ESPECIALLY during LDRs. It’s way easier to be gaslighted, manipulated, lied to, and emotionally and mentally abused whenever the relationship doesn’t work out because you have no concrete evidence to prove otherwise if it’s all in video chats, phone calls and stupid “video dinner dates”. Fuuuuuck that. I was that pick me that fucked up her car with $1,000…

My ex who has covert narc tendencies LOVED this movie. It was his number one favorite and he has two drawings of the main guy above his bed, framed. Mind you, this is a man who’s 51... And he always idolized it because of the way the main guy (I forget his name) got all the “glory, money and the woman” in the movie. Didn’t help that because I’m Cuban, he fetishized off of that and tried to relate the main guy + me since we’re both Cuban, as like a “I’m on top of the world because I’m dating a Cu…

I’ve never heard of the mental health one but I can offer that from my own experience, cops (especially older ones) know how to fuck with you mentally. I was in a relationship with one for two years and by the time I got out, I was a mess emotionally, mentally and physically as I let my body degrade. They will condition you through grooming, love bombing and gaslighting then put you through the wringer emotionally then say it’s your fault. Better to save yourself the heartache and confusion/betr…

Nothing. Trust me. I dated one for two years and all he offered me was trauma, mental and emotional conditioning like a dog and gaslighting. They’re stuck in their ways often, so if you don’t like it hon, it ain’t gonna change.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
