I think when we achieve full equality, physical differences between the genders won't cease to exist, and we shouldn't pretend they don't. Warning, uneducated opinion follows: I think the main reason that women don't fight in war isn't so much about physical capability as it is about what happens when you become a prisoner of war. There are a lot of sick people out there, and they're likely to be the ones taking prisoners, the risk of someone getting raped if they're captured is too high.
