My little boy is quite intuitive. Me and SO fights very quietly, as in silence in the house so we avoid saying hurtful things to each other. It's not the only time there is silence since we also like relaxing with a book, phone or just in different spaces alone. This boy though, catches us everytime and will put his hands in his waist and go "What's going on here?" While looking back and forth. He never misses, it amazes me lol. That's just my story though

I would've agreed with you but one cannot ignore this What worries me deeply about this drama is that Amber Heard’s character seems to be on trial, when she had absolutely no part in bringing this case or any other case forward. She is merely a witness in the trial and has no control over what the fallout might be, her life laid bare because of a fight between two other parties. She never got the chance to decide if she would prefer to hobble around on a knackered ankle and just crack on with he…

I'm thinking she might resort to throwing her own dad under the bus. She already let the sun imply that she understood addiction because her own father is. We'll see more when she testify in july 20

A couple of weeks ago(maybe months now?) there was a discussion on twitter on why so many major media outlets continue to paint Johnny Depp in a negative light and keepon supporting/making Amber Heard look good. Even after the audios were released, there was silence. But if there's something bad against JD, many publish it. This includes Variety. Now Adam Waldman dropped hints that we should follow the money to find the reason why they are so hell bent on taking JD down. Disclaimer, I am not cle…

She actually did that on dismissal try #3, in which her Time's Up lawyer said anyone with a grasp of basic english would understand Heard was not referring to Johnny Depp in the op ed. This is her 4th try to dismiss the case.

I gathered that it was some sort of informal couple's therapy and both gave consent. I saw an email from Depp's lawyer that they only got the latest recordings(the I did not punch you, i hit you recording) in January of this year from Amber herself. Where this particular recording on this deposition came from, I am not sure.

His career and livelihood as an actor highly depends on his reputation and bankability which she had no problem tarnishing for 4 years publicly. She has been speaking on domestic violence so many times parading herself as a victim and painting Depp as an abuser. In public. Even after they had an NDA about their marriage and divorce. She repeatedly violated it for years. And then last year she wrote an oped in washington post about being a survivor of abuse, and that was when he had enough and su…

There's actually a deposition video of Depp for the case filed against him by Rocky Brooks who alleged Depp assaulted him on the set of "City of Lies". It's very interesting to see the huge difference with the way Depp conducted himself vs the way Heard does in this video. Unfortunately, I can't link tweets here so, I can send it to those who wants to see.

Curiously, her sister has not declared anything even in 2016 divorce case nor the TRO and DV case(dropped with prejudice). To think the sister would've been first hand witness to said abuse. Also the mother, which Amber said she first confided the abuse too. The whole family is suspiciously quiet. Even her star witness Raquel Pennington, hasn't said a word. The only one still supporting her now is Io Tillet Wright, the person who called 911 during the infamous phone throwing incident

Actually she released the final minutes of this video herself last year. You know that part where she goes into a speech of protecting her baby sister? This is just a longer version of that. Her narrative shouldn't be the only one allowed, the public should see the whole context.

There might be a retraction of statements from both side. I just saw Amber submitting a transcript of audio recording of her and her friend Laura (she testified for Depp, supporting Amber's assistant Kate James' statement that Amber abused her too) where they discuss that she was forced/threatened by Johnny Depp's lawyer to make that statement. I haven't read the whole document, but I guess the next few weeks will be critical to Depp's case.

Full audio transcript: JOHNNY DEPP: Probably just s****y lock. Anyway. AMBER HEARD: I didn't do that. JD: I opened the bathroom door when you were knocking on it. After a few times I opened and you know, you just kept coming, you just kept going, you just kept going, kept going. I tried to close the door three times, you know, please, please just do you know. AH: Hey. JD: And then, wait and then, then I, I, I, I accidentally, I swear when I was trying to close the door, I guess it scraped your t…

Well, I'm sure you do not want to watch as she smugly snacks as she is being "forced to relive her trauma", try around 7min mark

Note that this is a different audio tape being played in the deposition. The audio is her and Depp discussing an incident where she clocked him in the jaw, as per Depp, and she admits and apologizes to him. The transcript regarding this has been out for some time but this is the first time the audio can be heard. Edit: I'd like to add that this audio recording might be before the first hour long recording released where Depp asked her "how's your toes?" And she responded with something like "I'm…

Johnny Depp's attorney Adam Waldman, tells The Blast, "When Amber Heard claims months after obtaining the TRO against him that Johnny is the love of her life, it is scarily reminiscent of other witness testimony that Ms. Heard was screaming “I love you, don’t leave me” as Mr. Depp was carted off to the hospital during the afternoon she violently severed his finger in Australia." He continued, "Regarding Elon Musk, on whose Tesla board an owner of the Sun newspaper curiously sits, Ms. Heard lamen…

Honestly this sounds more like Heard doing PR damage control and trying to make it seem everything about her life and career's all peachy when in fact her ship's sinking. Also, what the hell does she mean by her not settling? And what evidence? She's on her 4th attempt to get the case dismissed and showing her 'evidence' right off the bat would've thrown Depp's case out in her first try. I call bs.

Not really my point, it's the fact that the metoo movement shared this article from this feminist blog(at best) to further support Heard, while we hear zip from CNN and the likes.

To add to this, the author of this article (twitter user rozzybox) was called out by many about the false info and reaching narrative in her article and she responded with mostly "shut up" and other abusive retorts, and claimed she's being attacked by Depp fans. The publication was contacted about her not willing to listen to feedback but instead blockchained people. Their response is "As she should." 🙉🙈🙊

He has CCTV videos, audio recordings, emails and text messages and witness testimonies that so far all corroborate each other and are consistent since 2016. They haven't released everything to the public but so far, Depp's case is pretty solid. Especially the recent audio recordings where she admits to violence towards him

Thanks to ThatBrianFella for making this video. It is an hour long recording and demonstrates how she gaslights him, gives him a xanax to relax and admitting she usually gets violent towards him. If you have time, please do listen and share

Elon Musk has been subpoenaed for a deposition. So is James Franco, who is also rumored to be her side bitch during the marriage.

I will try, sorry if I miss anything😅 Amber accused Depp of domestic abuse in 2016, a couple of days after his mother died. She released(she denies doing so, but it's clearly her who recorded it) a video of Depp clearly drinking and slamming cabinet doors while she repeatedly asked what happened. Apparently, Depp lost millions to his former lawyers as well. Then she sent him a legal letter demanding 50k per month, 3 of 5 penthouse units and his rover or she goes out with her allegations. He said…

I dunno if this one would be ok, she included this link in her tweet https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1147267615678717953.html Edit: thanks for the idea! I wasn't sure which one is permitted and which one's not lol

Abused victim, especially men, would not believe they are being abused and stays for a long time because they 'love' their abuser. Notice he stayed quiet for a long time after the nasty divorce but Amber would yap about her being a survivor of DV every chance she gets? Also dated multiple men, all of whom are rich and prominent guys after? While Depp kept his head down? I think it's clear who showed DV victim behaviour between the two. Glad he finally sued her.
