Another part of that conditioning is I've basically become incapable of crying. When you don't do something for decades, you forget how to do that thing. Ergo i reiterate, sucks to suck.

It's conditioning. I've been told too many times, so now I just don't say anything and keep it all to myself. Sucks to suck I guess.

I have talked with my wife about this, she just doesn't know how to handle it because she can't see it from my perspective so I don't bring it up any more. Everyone else is pretty much the same. I feel like they are thinking "quit being a little bitch" so I stay silent. She has a full time job, but it isn't enough to support our family alone. That is also partly my fault, since she didn't work for a very long time, she has to work entry level jobs due to lack of experience. I was taught that I s…

I make it a habit not to walk between a child and their parent, and I expect other people to respect that boundary with my child (with the obvious exception of said child playing on a playground, or otherwise far enough away, that going around is not really an option.) I am protective of my daughter, and keeping a good eye, teaching boundaries and proper definitions of strangers, and teaching children to act properly, in any situation, goes much further than an "everyone is evil" mentality.

Up until today, I have not even heard (nor read) the term "cisgender" used anywhere at any time. To describe "cisgender" as "not transgender" to me implies that being "not transgender" is abnormal. Would you describe a "transgender" person as "not cisgender?" If so, how would that person feel about it? I am me. You are you. Get rid of all these stupid labels already.
