I had HPV in my 20's and my OBGYN scared the shit out of me saying I had precancerous cells in my uterus and now needed to do a biopsy. They never got that far. Not OP but I got a simple starter routine for people who have no idea. This should work for all skin types, but everyone is different. For reference I have dry/normal skin with occasional break outs.
