You sound intelligent, oh, never mind, just the opposite actually. Good attempts at personal attacks because you're too stupid to figure out how the articles I linked are applicable by what was said and asked in this comment chain. I'm sorry facts hurt your 'wittle feelers'. Do you actually believe that she'll get 25 years? Mandatory minimums don't apply to women. Is that backed up with anything substantial? My post about mandatory minimums being completely ignored where the crime is committed b…

How in the name of fuck are you unable to make the direct comparison with what this comment chain is talking about and what I linked and how it relates to the subject at hand?

Did neither of the areas linked have a minimum sentencing law that was completely ignored? Kansas, First URL, has a minimum sentencing of nine years. 120 days seems a lot shorter than nine years, I'd like someone to check my math for me, if they could. Charged with second-degree murder, received 'shock time'. In the same video, a man is sentenced for 64 years for injuring two people, and killing no one, with a firearm. Equality. Not to mention that both news stories took me less than three minut…

"JUST DQ HIM" "JUST DQ HIM" "DQ HIM" Doesn't sound like just trying to keep him out of trouble.

Not from the US but you can declare what facts regarding the US are or are not embellished? Interesting.

God I want that guy filming to get hurt somehow for being so fucking stupid. "You know she's a girl! You know she's weak! That's not resisting!" Please just die.

Did that guy pick the car up out of the pothole... or did he just push it?

He won't even serve half of that sentence for good behavior. And up to is different from is serving.

I know, I should have worded the sarcasm or marked it better. It just blows my mind that people argue white males can't be on the receiving end of prejudice. They totally disregard the fact that african tribes more often than not sold us their slaves.

White males weren't made slaves in the past?

You can't be inhumane against a white male, silly.

And when I say that exact same thing I'm called a bigot or a racist. Amurrica and/or Humans period.

The same can be said of race differences but you'll still see everybody pull the race card whenever possible.

Something I read like two months ago stated that 78% or so of all rape accusations in the last 20 years were false claims. I can't provide the data so you can believe me or not. Fact of the matter is. There's ladies that have falsely accused rape like 9 times in 5 years and are walking around shoving their idiocy into other peoples faces still. They should be locked up for like 20 years for some shit like that and put on the offenders list.

Link me the statistics of that happening over the 70% of all rape claims are false stats that I read not that long ago. Then I might begin to care.

This is going to remain a problem until the women who falsely accuse are put on the sexual offenders list and fined or forced to serve jail time. Good christ the world is fucking stupid.

The fact that she says "He was my first love" yet she fucked a guy the same night she fucked him and probably did other times as well just calls horseshit for me.

Rape. Underage consensual sex. Child Custody. Domestic Disputes (Abuse or otherwise). Men and their being associated with pedophilia. Selective Service. Physical Exams regarding joining military units or the police force. Sexual Harassment in the workplace or otherwise. Child Support when the father is the caretaker, I've seen cases where the woman is forgiven time and time again for missing payments due to bullshit excuses.

You're probably retarded if you think being falsely accused doesn't almost always permanently fuck up your life.

Except a witness said that it was no where near play fighting. And the other people that grabbed the guy should have stayed out of it.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
