I've been working with Tripp who did an AMA here and the best advice that he gave me is to PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE. Just keep approaching as many women as you can. Everything will start to become second nature. Also don't get caught up on rejections, fact of the matter is you will probably never see these women again so fuck it take a risk.
