Some other red flags Told me how she has great relationship with her father but also that he beat her and cheated on her mother and other crazy shit in her family( older sister(also a hoe) husband killed himself leaving her with a child). 1	Stronglifts 5x5 while recomp Judging by my eating habits 2800 I'm the same weight for months altough my diet is very shitty and incosistent. I don't eat nearly enough protein I do eat vegetable tho, always drink 50g od whey post workout. I definetly notice muscle improvement even in current condition but wanna lose some more bf to get rid off love handels, face fat ect.. I dont do cardio	/r/askTRP	29/01/20 07:26 PM
