1	While we all support self defense, planning to kill someone isn't self defense. Kyle is a 2A leader, Chad's ex-wife is a Texas Judge, they hid Chads son during Chads scheduled visitation pickup time, trying to anger the Father, then kill him. It was premeditated murder. I will say this is not premeditated murder. Almost impossible to prove. I will say this falls under Manslaughter or Felony Murder. Parental Kidnapping is considered a felony in the state of Texas. Considering he was spouting off "I get him at 3:15" and threatening to subpoena everyone makes me think there was already a pre-existing custody arrangement in place. Brandishing a firearm to someone who isn't a threat to your life or property is normally considered Assault with a deadly weapon, aka a felony. Kyle & the Baby Momma started the incident by not following the custody arrangement. Kyle escalated the incident by brandishing a weapon when he didn't fucking need to. I've seen this picture a million times and I just recently learned the backstory of it thanks to a top 10 videos on butterfly effects or something.
